Gerard passed away peacefully on Saturday, 28th March 2026, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the Galway Hospice.
Predeceased by his father Billy.
Beloved husband of Julie and loving father of Emmet and Aoife. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, son and daughter, his mother Patricia, his brother Ray, his aunt Ronnie, the extended Nohilly and Kenny families, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace
Funeral Arrangements
Tuesday, 31st March 2026
Gerard will repose in St. Anthony’s Room, adjoining St. John the Apostle Church, Knocknacarra, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., with removal afterwards into the adjoining church.
Wednesday, 1st April 2026
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 12 noon. This will be available to watch Here
Thursday, 2nd April 2026
A cremation service will take place in Shannon Crematorium at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please.
