Patsy passed away peacefully on Saturday, 30th May 2026, in his 90th year, in the wonderful care of the staff at University Hospital Galway.
His family would like to sincerely thank all those who cared for him throughout his illness, and in particular the management and staff of Rushmore Nursing Home for their kindness, compassion and dedicated care over the past number of years.

Predeceased by his parents, and by his brothers Raymond and John.
Patsy will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his brother Bob, sister-in-law Josephine, nephew Paul and his wife Katrin, niece Joann and her husband Alan, grand-nephew Sean, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
Tuesday, 2nd June 2026
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Patsy in The Abbey Church, St. Francis Street, Galway, at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 2nd June.
Funeral afterwards to Bohermore Cemetery, where Patsy will be laid to rest.
