Pádraig passed away suddenly on Saturday 17th October, at his home on Inis Mór.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and Stephen, his sisters Barbara, Teresa, Mary, Ann and Ellie, and by his nieces Rita and Eileen.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sister Bridgie, his nieces and nephews Maura, Róisín and Barbara Derrane, Fiona and Sharon Breslin, Stephen, Thomas and Jackie Kane, and Maureen, Stephen and Patti Ann Gillan, his grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family and many dear friends.

Pádraig lived a full, wholesome and contented Island life.

And worked on the land he loved until the day he left this world

A huge thank you to all of Pádraig's neighbours for their kindness, help and support following his sudden passing.

Funeral Arrangements

Pádraig will travel home on the 6.00pm ferry from Ros a’ Mhíl on Wednesday 21st October.

Reposing at his home in Killeaney on Thursday 22nd October from 12 noon to 5.00pm.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday 23rd October at 12.30pm in Séipéal Naomh Bríd agus Naomh Oilibhéar Pluincéid, followed by burial in Killeaney Cemetery.
