Cúl Aitinn, Upper Clybaun Road, Galway and formerly of Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
Patricia passed from this life on the 6th September, surrounded by her family, in the wonderful care of the Galway Hospice.
Pre-deceased by her mother Peggy and her granddaughter Aoibhe.
Beloved wife of Noel and dearly loved mother of Noel, Brian, and Derek. Patricia will be greatly missed and always remembered by her loving family, her grandchildren Callum, Eimhin, Dylan, Noah, Sophie and Riea, her daughter-in-law Glencora, Noel’s partner Catherine, Derek’s partner Deirdre, her sister-in-law Carmel, brothers-in-law P.J., and Des, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements:
Tuesday 8th September: Patricia will repose in Conneely’s Funeral Home, Flood Street, Galway (H91 A786) from 6pm until 7.30pm.
Wednesday 9th September: Arriving at St. Patrick’s Church, Forster Street for Requiem Mass for Patricia at 10am. A private cremation service will take place afterwards.
House private by request.
