Sr. Enda (Maureen), Sisters of Mercy, Stella Maria, Galway, died on Wednesday, September 16th. Predeceased by her parents James and Nellie (O’Neill), her brothers Brother J.J. (Christian Brothers) and Neil (Con), her sisters Sr. Baptist (Nancy), Sr. Catherine (Peg), Sr. Brigid (Eileen) and her sister-in-law Anne.

Deeply mourned and fondly remembered by her niece Edel, nephew John, grandniece Rose, her nephew-in-law Conor, extended family, friends and the Sisters of Mercy Western Branch, in particular the community in Stella Maria.

Funeral Arrangements

Reposing in Stella Maria (H91 XY93) on Friday, September 18th from 3.30pm, finishing with Evening Prayer at 5pm.

Mass of the Resurrection in St. Coleman’s Church, Church Street, Gort on Sunday, September 20th at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjacent cemetery, St. Colman’s Cemetery, Gort.

The Funeral Mass will be available to livestream.
